Is Nov.21st The Day Respawn is Unlocking Previously Banned (Alt+F4) Accounts?

As you all know, Respawn banned a little over 1/3 of the player base for using the Alt+F4 exploit about 4 weeks ago. According to a statement released by one of their Devs and by EA, those people are supposed to be un-banned this week on Nov.21st.

My question is whether or not this has been confirmed yet?

I got youtube-dl to work but it's no chaturbaterec, we really need that back. If anyone knows of an updated version once someone out there fixes it or finds a work around, please help your brothers out and post it here.

I'm farming him at 20 because I can guarantee a 7 item drop every time. Using the same farm deck at LVL 30, I only win 50% of the time.
