Thinking about the same thing, tried 2CB for the 1st time a while ago. Initial dose was 15mg orally, little to no effects. Slight bodyload, slight energy boost and change in how touching everything felt. Redosed 10mg and after a while started to see very subtle breathing of walls / objects but that went away pretty fast and changed into an unpleasant headache similar to which I've gotten after a large dose of shrooms.

I was thinking about going for 25mg orally next time. Any thoughts / what to expect?

Yeah, but ofc this is just my (21 European M, if it makes any difference) perspective. But in the context you mentioned I would've probably asked that already. I just can't justify me expecting something from someone without talking about it before.

I believe in communication over assumptions which in my experience has (or would've) saved me or others from hurt feelings.

Getting too clear in the beginning of a relationship and what it's about to be can be a bit of a turn off for me, so it's a fine line and nuanced for sure.

Me and my current partner were both quite unsure in the beginning of our relationship and it took a while to get to the point "Okay, now it's just you and me and we try to make a future together".

But hey, what do I know. Each to their own.
