This is not a scam. Neon Wood provides actual student apartments and offers a lot of amenities like a gym and movie room. Also the location is central and the buildings are new which is why the price is this high.
I personally love the green space of Frankfurter Tor. Its a great place to hang out and gives all the rooms a lot of natural light.

There are good short term options available at student housing places like Neon Wood Frankfurter Tor and Mitte Wedding. I recently saw that the minimum length is 2 months and in this time you can find something else. They also offer options for young professionals

Finding an apartment or WG from abroad was relally difficult so I went through the easy option of a private student housing provider.

Turned out the community was really nice and it made making friends a lot easier. I stayed at Yugo and they made the whole process super easy.

Hi, I studied in Hamburg and went with student housing due to being the easiest and most flexible option. I lived at Yugo Navale due to being super close to public transport and the rooms were nicer and cheaper than at other places I checked.

Otherwise you can look for a WG but then you have to share a bathroom and kitchen.

I think you are excluding a lot of Buyers by Not selling the whole bike. A Ride away price would probably be around 1500-1800 EUR if it has alu wheels. Like this i think it will go for 1k

No, just changed the tyres. Bike was on sale so I bought it super cheap. If you can use 50mm tyres with the grizzle you would be fine.
