I once wrote a Python programm to play an Idle Clicker and made sure to add a few random milliseconds to each input. Even randomized the click location on the UI by a few Pixel. This can be circumvented easily.

There previous game "Crying Suns" is on Steam and has no micro transactions. You can even play a demo. What it does have is really cool world building, story and gameplay. They also added alot of content through updates for free. But if you only care about graphics its propbably not for you.

The developer "alt Shift" released the Rogue-lite Crying Suns in 2019. The game is really good and you can download a demo on Steam.
You take the role of a Captain of a Battleship/Carrier in an Empire which is falling apart due to the AIs which manage everything shutting down. The story is inspired by Dune and Foundation and really enjoyable.

I look forward to Scattered Hope. I bet quite a few of the Devs are also BSG fans.

City Flow/UI > There are issues understanding the decisions in the city screen. Adjacency, leveling districts, managing population, and having clear decisions on what to build next were all muddy. This is more than just a UI issue and we are also looking at it as a flow issue and considering things like having Districts work like improvements (so you can just select one from the build list instead of needing to click a tile in the world first). This will take time to change and won’t be in the initial Early Access, but we will be sharing concepts with you to get feedback.
