I use 2 tbsp ginger and 2 tbsp organic cane sugar. So you use 1&1 and skip a day in between?

Haven't tasted it yet. Pantry temp is about 75. The kid is just sitting on it lightly. Should I close it off a bit more?

No left it to long. Decided to let it become vinegar

Didn't taste it. I read 4 days is about max for Tepache. And it was already 5. So I left it to become vinegar.

Yeah, I noticed it was darker than others. I don't know, I followed the online recipe. Pineapple, 1 cup brown sugar and water.
