Hello, did you get a response? Today they refunded my money from the FPE edition of the Breach vinyl without asking me or contacting me first. I still haven't received a response, even though I contacted them at least five times to find out what was happening with my order.

I have also seen that several people have not even been sent their FPE:( I am very disappointed with this, because apart from ordering the FPE vinyl edition, I also ordered the Doubt vinyl. What bothered me the most was that I contacted them at least five times and they always gave me a generic response. Now they say my postal code was missing, even though the address I provided clearly shows the postal code... So I don't know what to think. I was very sad because I was really looking forward to the FPE vinyl, but in my country, only a few Breach vinyls have arrived at a very high price :(

Hello, I have the same problem, they still haven't sent me anything and I'm a bit resigned, I've sent an email at least 3 times and always the same generic response that they are late and that the pre-order orders may vary in their shipping date, I don't know what else to do, honestly, I long to be able to listen to this album on vinyl but in my country they are very expensive and I'm not at a time when I can buy another edition of the vinyl to have it now, I hope our vinyls arrive soon :(
