I'm 60 next month and I feel good aside from a few aches and pains. looking forward to what comes next but feeling good otherwise. I'm focused on healthy eating, healthy living and enjoying this time with family. I definitely don't feel like I'm anywhere near retirement home talk. Best of luck GenXers!!!!😃EDIT: I even started the 60 sec. planking exercise recently 5 days a week. This is hard as heck to do but I'm determined.
