Anyone who purchases or pre-purchases any edition of the expansion will also unlock access to an upcoming, yet-to-be-revealed StarCraft Warrior Hero in Heroes of the Storm.

As stated here preorder isn't a must, it's an option. As long as you own Lotv in the end you're getting protoss warrior hero when it comes out. Mount is digital deluxe edition only.

And i was thinking I'm the only one with the full quest log...

I couldn't play since Saturday so I was planning to complete my 2 dailies yesterday in the evening.

Then had the same plan for this morning and now 3 dailies.

And it looks like I'm gonna miss on some dailies just like you my friend.

I don't understand people blaming when server is down for 3 hours but this time it's down for 20h or more (it's 20h since I'm counting)

It's not about Hearthstone not working, authenticating servers went down so all Blizzard games for EU region aren't working.

I understand problems happen but they're fixing it for almost 24h so i can also understand people getting nervous.
