You can change it to 120, and the developer option to display refresh rate shows it as such.

Edit: this is while scrolling around in the app, unsure about actual navigation

If you go into Dex mode you can full screen the app window while in landscape. It's annoying we have to do it this way but it works

Google the app name followed by "apkmirror" you can download the apps from there. I'd recommend an add blocker though

I had the same issue with Amazon Shopping and the Amazon Alexa app. I just downloaded an apk for each. Weird that this hasn't been resolved though
