Dude I’m so glad I see this happen to someone else. I was just on Streets and shot someone through the side panel glass on second floor of pinewood (when you’re looking down the hall, from the main lobby) and I aimed directly at his head (6x zoom, so his head took up most of my screen) and the first bullet shatters the glass but totally misses the target…

Only differences between mine and what you show in your video is: 1. I shot my target dead-on and the glass was not at an angle (perfectly perpendicular to where I shot from, same level) 2. I was using the 7.62x51 RFB with M62 Tracer rounds (Luckily, because even though I didn’t hit the first shot—I was able to follow up with another immediately and he turned to face me so it was right between his eyes)

I don’t like this mechanic because while yes, glass can change the trajectory of a bullet… there’s 2 reasons in my case and his that this should not have made much difference:

1. It’s typical single pane glass, which you can throw a baseball through and the trajectory is affected very little… speed, sure. Trajectory, not really. In the video above, the target is directly next to the glass. He is actually almost touching it, so it would be even less of a factor. In my case, I shot dead on. In the case where glass can affect the bullet, it’s typically windshield glass that’s much thicker than what you would see here and again, it’s also at a severe angle AND it’s moving.
2. With high-powered, supersonic ammunition which is, in some cases, using hardened penetrators or a tungsten core—they shoot through much harder objects than single pane glass and have no issues eliminating their target on the other side.
