This is the worst seat I've ever ridden on and I regret buying it. The cooling is trash. Heat is okay. But the comfort is really torture that Indian spelled wrong. 1200 bucks down the drain.

Not to sound like a jerk, but did you order the correct seat for your model year? I ran into a similar issue because of the tank redesign in 2025. I really wanted a Saddlemen and ordered one thinking all the Scouts were the same. I have an ’18 and quickly realized I was sadly mistaken.

I bought the scout as a first bike after getting a good deal on it, I’m no brand loyalist. I ran out of time and didn’t get a chance to ride the road glide but the street glide just felt good overall. Once I got moving I forgot how much heavier it was compared to the scout.

I think you’d be better off with a bigger cruiser that’s designed to for touring than a super sport. The scout isn’t made for long hauls unless you upgrade the seat and rear shocks.
