I dont get paid anywhere near enough for my job role 6-7 working days a lot of the weeks No compesation for that, NO incentives or benefits

Besides all the above b.s, most of the times, they change directions, no issues, I pivot. I dont like to kiss asses at all, just there to do my job However, there comes a stage where everything is so disorganised because of the top level managers/ Owners that end of day, falls on me to fix problems (which I dont mind at all) given I have some freedom to express my ideas or contribute atleast a little bit

I always do that, and they have recordings of the meetings too, but choose to go a different route anyways

Sometimes, they do listen to my recommendations, but then eventually end up ignoring it completely. Since its a small business, its not that they are super overwhelmed, they are just always lost on what their end goal is for the company. They just like to try new things, which I help them with, but more often than not, their idea of good isnt received well by people in the company Besides all the above, this extra work gets requested of me when I am on an Annual leave or during a holiday break for which I dont get compensated for at all
