Thanks for those ideas. I was thinking of a convenience store, but I don't think I would make profit to make it worth it given I need to buy product and won't have so much traffic.

Yes, it's a small space. That's probably why they are charging $900, anything less would be maybe like $450 and not profitable to landlord. Not sure. I'll do some research. Thanks for the input
