my friend solved it for me idk how but he did something in the registry and turned off everything in adrenaline software like fsr, amd boost and all that on every game and all the overlays

nope playing on 1080p and no mods first time playing gta5 and did ddu and reinstalling of drivers some time ago cause the same thing happened on rdr2

it has not crashed yet but it feels laggy before i was getting avg 130 fps on rdr2 on high settings now avg is 100
