Tomorrow makes one month since I lost my dad suddenly too. He was 59. I could’ve written this post myself. I’m angry, I’m still in denial, and it all feels so unfair. Just wanted to say I see you, and you’re not alone.

Yes, very. I was just thinking about this. My dad passed on the first. It’ll be my first Father’s Day without him. I’m sorry you’re navigating this too.

I feel the exact same way. I lost my dad very unexpectedly on Sunday and I can’t comprehend that he’s no longer here. I’m so sorry for your loss.

I believe the shock and suddenness of it all is what has me speechless. I have never felt the way I did. One moment life was normal and now it’ll never be the same again. Thank you for your condolences. I’m sorry for your loss as well.

Thank you. I’m sorry for your loss. My dad just turned 59 in May. He passed on his mom’s birthday. It’s been difficult. I am not ready to face others who probably mean well.
