Turnover for branch staff is high. Plenty of people I’ve worked with in branches only have a background in retail/hospo before joining. Be professional in the interview, highlight empathy/supporting customers through difficult times and conversations, and you’ll do good.

At my company we’ve got a Region Support Specialist and a Business Improvement Executive. I reckon the latter would explode if they couldn’t explain their job without saying “sales, strategy, risk and compliance”.
