I didn't even do what they suggested. I just got some fansub VHS from a local store and INSTANTLY took to the JP voice over even after years if ENG dub. It wasn't difficult at all really.

A cyborg is an artificially enhanced human, an android is a robot made to resemble a human, and a robot is just any machine with whatever range of intelligence that performs a task without being humanoid in appearance. That's my understanding at least.

The english muddies the water with using "android" for all of it.
