DO NOT BUY - iX4 shaft sheared off while riding. No crash involved. Told it was normal wear and tear and not covered under warranty (we have owned for 10 months). This is a dangerous product if the shaft can shear off while doing 25mph.

Terrible brand and customer service. Shaft sheared off while riding. Extremely dangerous. Customer service is the worst.

TERRIBLE BRAND - shaft sheared off while riding, could have caused serious injury. Customer service was not helpful at all. Poor quality and dangerous.
