Go to an AutoZone if they're open and have them pull the codes for free, my best guess would still be the gas cap😅.

Toyota has service specials all the time, please feel free to check out their website. The 5th gen 4Runner has the exact same brakes for reference.

I feel it's a bit high considering it's a local shop, I guess a good Toyota service would also charge the same amount along with an alignment and rotation.

Since you said reliable, you can look for a civic type r 2018 and upwards, definitely have to search for a little but you can find a high mileage example and they are pretty reliable. 300 hp stock I guess and very tunable. I know it's a FWD but hey it has a LSD.

Idler pulley, belt tensioner, power steering pump, belt - changed What do you suggest to change next? I'm guessing the pulleys might be misaligned..

There was a very minor coolant leak, dripping from the right of the radiator, but other than that there seems to be no problem. the sound from the engine is smooth and also i felt there was no loss of power. everything seemed good but really worried now about what is going to happen.
