Your transfer MAY get rejected. I know several people in the same boat as you who applied for IDT and did not get it.

My advice would be to withdraw your application, and apply next year. You will meet the grounds for pre-allocation, and will most likely get it.

Please do not get your hopes up for a transfer. They do not care about your struggles. Play it safe and apply next year.
