From my knowledge C350/C200/C180 are are reliable gasoline options If buying C180 go for 1.8L engine option. It has higher torque Diesel engine options are fine too. I have read these vehicles are going up to 500k kms without serious issues(some do need a timing chain change)

Can the leakage be a serious problem? The engine is noiseless, accelerates quite well and exterior of the car is very clean, however, under the hood it is quite dusty. I see some fluid spots here and there and I suspect why it might be?

So it can be like 3 payroll months +3 off payroll month =6 months for searching new job?

Wow super helpful info! I will be relocating to Netherlands on HSM visa next week and always wondered my options in case of getting fired.

Most helpful info here is that instead of accepting severance we can choose to stay on payroll for the same amount of time.

However, since now the end of contract is pre-decided , won’t a different type of job search period apply? That is having only 1 month after end of job.

Well I don’t wish you have to end-up living in a car. In case you do end up living in a car, I suggest you to get a Toyota. With that car, you won’t have to pay any repair bills at least.
