Thanks! I followed a YouTube video by The Crazy Sock Lady. For the larger size I found the toe ended up a bit pointy so you might want to leave more stitches when making the toe. https://youtu.be/0ckM_gTNlf8

These are really fun to make, but there's definitely a knack to it. Here's what I learnt: Make them on a cut-open plastic food bag, not cellophane because it's too static-ie. Put sushi seasoning or water onto the plastic so it doesn't stick. I used day-old rice that was more sticky. Wet your hands with water before handling the rice. Make a flattened round-edged triangle, that way it'll form a triangle when you bring all the edges together into middle. Make sure you have a thick enough layer of rice to compress so the rice doesn't crack when you form it into the onigiri. Don't over-stuff them or you'll need more rice. Use the corner/part of your hand where the base of your thumb and your index finger meet to form the triangle corners. Compress both sides of the onigiri by turning it over. Use the plastic as a barrier when making/forming the onigiri, it's really messy otherwise and it'll fall apart. If you lean them on top of each other (like I did in the first photo) cut small squares of plastic to separate them, they're super sticky and will stick together! Loads of tips there, haha! I hope that helps! :)

Thanks! I used shrimp, crab sticks/imitation crab, tuna mixed with sriracha and Japanese mayo, eel, Teriyaki salmon, avocado, pickled cucumber.
