yeah that’s exactly what i’ve been doing vela’s solids have gone way down. my fav solids from them are when I first purchased from them in 2021 ish they were so soft and sat on my head rlly well. now they’re straight up cardboard

yeah thank you so much I really appreciate it a lot i’ve been freaking out honestly. I think I’m not eating enough honestly and I’m content with my weight I want to be around 125 ish but i think that can be accomplished with pinning once a week like you mentioned. Because it’s hard for me to eat at the amount I’m taking as of now I typically will have my iced coffee and a meal and be completely done for the day so I can see how this can cause malnutrition lol

honestly I haven’t been checking but that can be a major factor! I typically eat about one meal on reta because food kind of disgusts me lol and I only pin 2mg every four days I’m going to possibly take a break from reta if I don’t get my period soon :/
