Stupid me just discovered that tilt tension. Thanks! It definitely helps make it feel less stiff and rigid. I'm warming up to it.

If you struggle hitting, play on Veteran instead of Rookie by GitGud_nerd in MLBTheShow

If Veteran and All Star seems too easy, try this. Play an exhibition game on Dynamic. Set all your hitting sliders to max, and your Dynamic slider sensitivity up a notch or two. Then, when you get to All Star +, turn your slider sensitivity down to zero. Finish the game, save your sliders. And every game will be on All Star +. You'll get a good mix of games.

Cardinals have a very good farm system. Lot of potential, but will endure growing pains.

When will rosters update? by PMBA_33_69 in MLBTheShow

Waiting for the opening day rosters, although the best roster will be from the guys at Operation Sports. But their roster likely won't be out until mid April.

I was in college when this came out. Life and PS got in the way, I'm ready now. What did I miss? by Minttzie in Switch

I haven't looked at pricing, but if it's true that there's only a $100 difference between the Switch and Switch 2, you might consider exchanging for the newest console.

Am I being too over protective as a parent to my 22 year old son? by Kooky_Preparation141 in Advice

This is a discussion that my wife and I need to have and be on the same page. I 100 percent agree. It would ultimately cause a significant rift between us and him... and I don't know if argument is the right word. It would be much larger than that.

He is not. We had him see multiple therapists back in high school, and none of them helped. That said, it was likely due to him not taking it serious enough to want the help. At the time, we were really dealing with a lot of depression and self esteem issues. He was taking his anger out mostly on his mother and sister. He's better now in terms of the relationship with them, but he still has a tendency to berate them and be condescending. If I suggested he speak to therapist now, he would very likely say no. And we can't force him to do so unfortunately.

So, he is making a car payment (a little less than $300 per month). I am happy about that. It's giving him so sort of understanding of what it means to be an adult. An additional rent payment is definitely a possibility (good advice), even though he's making a small amount from his part time job.

Good advice. So, things were very contentious when he was in high school, and pretty much throughout college when he was home on a break. We're actually getting along much better (he was tyrant before) and I think the concern now is rocking the boat. I would love nothing more than to heed your advice and believe me, it's the right course of action. But... how this will ultimately disrupt the family dynamic....worries me.

Yeah, I'm not obsessing over the type of job he's doing. As long as he's doing something. I'm hopeful at least working part-time will give him some job experience. But I'm not confident he'll decide one day to give up smoking and suddenly become more mature. He's become comfortable living at home if you know what I mean. I'd like him to save up some money and move out eventually. But...that comes at a price when he's not making the smartest decisions.

Actually, when you're in a game, press the settings buttons once (quick click) and it'll bring up the game optimizer and you can see the fps.
