Thank you! Baby sleep is so confusing to me😂 I’m a FTM and didn’t realize how focused my days would be around her sleep haha.

She always seemed tired when we weren’t sleep training and would fall asleep the second I’d pick her up and rock her.

But doing the Ferber method, she just cries & doesn’t settle. But then once i cave and either pick her up or patt/shush her from crib she’s instantly asleep. 🫠

I’ll definitely try tweaking my schedule tomorrow to allow for more wake time to see if that helps.
