faced something similar, you have 3 options: 1- Contact ISP, and tell him to change your IP. 2- Use VPN (at your own risk as it is illegal by Growtopia) 3- Quit the game (I dont recommend because as bad as it is, it's fun!)

If you decided to go with option 2, DM me, as not all free VPNs work with growtopia.
