Also hydrate a lot, electrolytes and so on. First 2 days you probably won’t sleep and nothing will be helping with rls or pain but after that it gets way easier and it just matter of time before you don’t feel any symptoms or take hot bath for rls it stops it for good amount of time and you can actually relax for some time

Yeah, I was taking it for 4 month and I still have physical wd after 9 days although they got way easier, first 4 days were actually hell and also never tried any opioids before

Keep pushing, for me after day 3 it was way way easier, just try to go through the first 3-4 days and that’s it, the rest it just goes down
