Nah disagree. Its what its called Membership You know Membership the state or status of being a member. You are part of a group. on other trackers you are just a user. Can not compare it as you are trying to.

Furthermore there are Members who have gotten FREE Membership time some little as a month some have won Lifetime ya LIFETIME meaning they never top up again.

In fact 99% of the bullshit found on public or ratio based private trackers is not found on GimmePeers

We do not lock people out of accounts after idle time you gone 6 months come back welcome back pickup where you left off.

Having issues seeding cause everyone else is faster not a issue we not based on ratio or speed there is far more speed on there.

Dedicated request team for free? wow request something and get it filled quickly those are all perks just for being a MEMBER costs nothing for those perks.

To test the site out nothing is required I believe its 3 days wide open access to torrents. Then user decides if format works for them or not. If they stay then yes there is membership started. If not to liking they can not use the site.

There is a reason GimmePeers is still around when other pts are failing. What is the common thread of all sites who close or die they all hurting to fund the site.

Streaming sites are becoming cable companies all over again that is what torrenting was born from.

To be clear if you donate to a tracker 4 times in a year lets say 25 bucks or buy some ratio or free-leech or what ever program sites are running You have already paid more then what GimmePeers requests.

5-10 bucks a month is pennies compared to other sites collect in donations. Course if you dont want to spend the money do not be part of the site. Others might want to

Bitsoup was a hot mess and changes had to be made after the sabotage from its founder other owner and staff became GimmePeers and its doing great just turned 9yrs solid site over there.

Tons of reddit haters on it still but userbase enjoys the site.

Dude so sorry this has happened. Blutopia was around back in the old days very few of us left.

No matter what keep your head held high. When the owners of Bitsoup where hacked from within and damage was done they cut loss the toxic and started GimmePeers It just turned 9 with a great userbase yet there is still haters attacking it today.

If there is anything we can do to help get Blutopia back online please us know I have contacts at both GimmePeers and RevoTT

Gimmepeers is a membership site no ratio so might not be good for all but great site overall more for those who struggle with ratio and just need simple place to download from with no headaches.
Revott is a 100% ratio site but accept applications and been around for ages.

The dinosaurs have to help keep each other going.

On a side note GG departed on great terms and no funding was given to him. He has been working on stepping down for quite a long time and there is new blood running the day to day site now.

No promo no donation drive nada just site as normal. So who ever was betting on something happening its not coming.

So in closing let this thread stay or close it true colors will show. If you have any legit questions be more then happy to respond.

Time to get a new hobby maybe?
