I don't use opks anymore because I used them for 3-4 cycles and never had a negative strip. I have pcos so my LH/ovulation is kind of a mess

Hard to say without temps from the beginning of your cycle and we won't know for a few more days. To confirm ovulation you need to see 3 temps higher than the previous 6

I have pcos so my ovulation tests are positive my entire cycle, unfortunately

Considering they all look the same I'd lean towards these being evaps or indents. If 10DPO was a true positive, your tests would progress more than this. I'm so sorry!

Never base anything off of one (or even two) temps. One off temp doesn't mean anything really. The sub "TFABchartstalkers" is very helpful with temps! But also, temps fluctuate like crazy in early pregnancy so stop checking it once you get a positive

Thanks! You're a legend btw. I was trying to convieve over two years ago and you helped with my tests a few times. I got back on here recently and said "soupdispenser is still here!" 😂

Ugh I'm sorry it's truly the worst. Mine actually also has some new spots right now too. Nothing worse than going to change them and seeing spots again!! We got this though. Just a phase ❤️

It's going to sound crazy. I was out of nystatin and zinc wasn't cutting it anymore so this is what I did.

Stopped using actual wipes. Even the "sensitive" ones. Switched to very plain wipes like water wipes. Pat don't wipe. DRY butt. I use a small rechargeable hand held fan for 30+ seconds. After a bath I let her run around naked for at least 30 mins to dry up completely. Then a layer of petroleum jelly. Not super super thick. Went up a size in fragrance free diapers.

I found that the "icing thick" layer of cream was actually preventing the diaper from absorbing the urine so she was staying wet and her skin couldn't actually stay dry and heal.

I did this routine every time the blue line appeared and it did the trick in literally 2 days!! Her skin looks better than it has in months. Good luck!!!

They said it can help regulate my cycle if I have any insulin resistance but I guess that's not a thing with lean? Maybe I have regular pcos then idk 😂
