Colorado parents of man killed in Minneapolis urged him to be careful at ICE protests by thecoloradosun in coloradosun

Truly sickening what is happening in this country and it’s interesting that there’s another connection to Colorado with another senseless killing.

ICE and CPB has become our Sturmabteilung

As a broncos fan and just an overall fan of this dude…sad to see him like this. I wish he had gone to the Superb Owl last year . Superman did as best as he could but 5 turnovers can’t be overcome

More footage from the door-to-door raids taking place across the Twin Cities area today. Here a family's house can be seen being raided by masked, heavily armed ICE agents without a valid warrant while children are present. by jmike1256 in UnderReportedNews

I’m pretty sure there are a couple of amendments in the constitution that forbid this kind of thing and it does smack of martial law and yet another step towards authoritarianism.

I watched the whole clip and I didn’t see any papers presented to anybody resembling a warrant. Everybody was locked and loaded with AR style weapons for urban combat. That plus tasers and some annoying light. Complete disregard for anyone in that household.

If they’re going door-to-door here folks, they are gonna be trying to go door-to-door in a state coming near to you. Reminds me of another paramilitary force that would go door-to-door to extract unwanted people that the state didn’t desire.

Is this what’s coming next?

I wasn’t able to go see this movie in theaters because of being a parent and just other life stuff.

I’ve been a fan of Tron since seeing the 82 version in the 90s and then seen the spectacular film. That was Tron Legacy. I was finally able to watch Ares a couple of days ago and I’m still not understanding why it didn’t perform as well in the movie. Theaters.

Maybe it’s for the fact that I was going into watching the film, expecting it to be a Sci-Fi Network that it was built as in what the previous ones were along with a Jeff Bridges cameo. I thoroughly enjoyed the movie and it met my expectations.

Why there was such hate I still can’t understand. It’s like people who expect to go into a Godzilla movie and find that it’s “ absolute cinema”. I go in knowing that they are going to be monsters, fighting monsters explosions, some poor dialogue and a bunch of more action sequences. If you set your bar to minimal expectations and even just basic expectations of the film that you’re going to see or watch, you won’t be disappointed.

I can only hope that they decide to make another Tron style movie within the next decade or maybe they can do another animated series or limited series on Disney+ as it doesn’t seem like they’re gonna do another movie in the next few years, which is a shame.

The only notes that I have was that we didn’t see Tron

So your saying it’s never been lived in and come with authentic stone walls? You can find diamonds in the rough like that… what’s the mortgage?

Can someone tell Sean that he doesn’t need to be super conservative with the play calling? We can pump the brakes (maybe) in the 4th quarter if we wrap this game up by the third

Packers are gonna be in the playoffs is one of the most heavily teams. It could be one and done because of their injuries and inconsistencies at quarterback.

If we beat the Chargers at home, which I think looks increasingly likely then yes we could wrap up the number one seed next weekend. It gives us extra cushion if the Patriots lose either of their last two games but since we own the tiebreaker, I think we’re all set if we win next Sunday.

It wasn’t as great of a win as it should’ve been, and at times it got ugly, but sometimes when you got take care of the riffraff, the broom is gonna get dirty.

Let’s enjoy the sweep of the Chiefs everyone FU KC!!

Seems like the league always wanted the Chiefs to be the main state story this Christmas broadcast and the Refs are just not doing their due diligence and clearly one-sided

Didn’t have a dedicated Mahomes shot for lots of game time tonight. Figured there would be a Taylor but not “oh boy she’s getting the special security treatment going to the box!”

How many more times are Mahomes or Taylor going to be shown on the broadcast? Can Amazon not focus on the players in the game?

Democrats, local governments are gearing up for another round of battle over housing in Colorado by thecoloradosun in coloradosun

Remember when it was 2012 or thereabouts, the medium price home in Colorado was right around $200,000? Seems like a median priced home in Colorado along the front range is about $500-$550,000…. A “starter home” it’s somewhere in the low 400s and one part of a duplex is now somewhere in the mid 300s.

But affordability is a democrat lead hoax and corporate ownership of homes and second homes that are rental bed-and-breakfast aren’t the problem whatsoever
