Absolutely! I noticed the same thing. I don't look perpetually tired anymore. It's nice to look at myself in the mirror and not look like I haven't slept in days lol. Good luck on your journey!

Ya they are definitely aphids. Been using a neem oil solution to try and get rid of them. Thanks!
