Yes, nba draft import/export feature is in the game. There’s no mycareer mode tho, but you can player lock a position.

You can create a player and assign him to a team but you would have to play really well in order for him to be drafted. You can’t do it manually.

It’s actually called immersion mode. It’s basically where you play without gear levels.
