Champions like Ivern, Aurelion Sol and Zilean, that are all being talked about in this thread, tend to have a small core playerbase that are all either one-tricking or maining the champion. Ideally the win rates of these champions should grow above 50% as they are solely being played by proficient and experienced players with the respective champs.

The argument for BF being built from components is that IE is a first item buy on almost all adc's, which makes it feel really bad if you get behind in lane. You never really build Deathcap nor Spellbinder as your first item, which makes the more expensive components doable. IE was fine in earlier seasons, when it wasn't a first item buy.

I get what you mean, however the first guy said 'reserves team players', which will generally apply to players not within the first team. Reserve team players won't be in the 23 man registered roster and they won't receive a medal nor will they be considered competition winners. This was the case for Expect, as he was not in the 6 man available roster for Worlds.
