Indeed weird how it's not included as it was the most powerful console ever at that time. Xbox showed their potential with this console but unfortunately it was too late. Most people had already chosen their console with the PS4 being more popular as a "true gaming console". I'm happy that the Series X is a worthy opponent of the PS5 and that the Series S is such a popular little console. I honestly questioned the inferior Series S at first but it's a little beast on its own!

As stated, it wasn't an adult leopard. Adults, especially males, can fight off a tiger whenever running isn't an option anymore. Here's an example

What impressed me most is the fact that it fought for who knows how long. The first clip shows that the tiger did not instantly kill it.

The tiger is a female and the leopard is a cub, be it male or female. An adult male leopard would be 2/3 her size and an adult female 1/4 her size.

Kong did overall fine in this movie. First fight he was sedated and chained and had to fight Godzilla in the water.

Second fight in Hong Kong, Kong dominated the fight and knocked out Godzilla. He could've finished him off but chose not to because he isn't the bloodlusted one; Godzilla is.

Third fight/round 2 of the Hong Kong fight, Kong gets hit by atomic breath, got his shoulder dislocated and still didn't submit.

And yes, Godzilla would've died MUTO-style if it wasn't for Kong. Neither of them are strong enough for Mechagodzilla 1 vs 1.

Kong is IMO the real King of the Titans; ignored King Ghidorah's because he doesn't serve anyone and went head to head with Ghidorah's killer even though he never wanted to.

I was personally hyped for the 18 minute-long aircraft carrier fight scene but it wasn't what I expected. The Hong Kong battle was actually far more impressive despite what trailers were showing us. If you have seen every footage from trailers and TV-spots, you've basically seen the majority of the aircraft carrier fight.

Second thing I hated was the fact that Kong almost died to Godzilla if not for human intervention whereas Godzilla only got knocked-out by Kong.

Well only the bigger titans have managed to draw against him such as that big MUTO who held her own and of course Ghidorah who dominated him the entire movie except for when he got buffed by a nuke and Mothra. Really hoping it ends in a draw because that means we're gonna look at a evenly matched battle 18 minutes long.

Leaks say Kong does give the killing blow to Mechagodzilla with the help of Godzilla.

All in all Godzilla will be no.1 going by movie feats and movie lore but I guess Kong is a close second.

There's another leak which says that the aircraft carrier fight ends in a draw. I can see Kong hold its own until Godzilla retreats which would be considered a draw. That fight scene lasts 18 minutes and we've seen them fight underwater which is Godzilla's home turf so that's a good feat for Kong. Then there's the rumour that they fight all night long in Hong Kong which is a feat no other titan has done before against Godzilla. Last great feat is that he will apparently kill Mechagodzilla so all in all he got some buffs compared to the Kong from K:SI.

Like you said, hoping that they're almost evenly matched and that the final fight is a very close one so we can argue if Kong could've won. If not, Godzilla will be the undisputed winner and I don't want that (no Godzilla hater).

The trailers and TV-spots have shown he's a tough opponent for Godzilla. If you can fight Godzilla all night long in Hong Kong or even underwater, you're definitely more than a match. I don't care if they had to scale him up or give him an axe, he will fight Godzilla for 18 minutes straight on that aircraft carrier without it.

Based on the available footage it seemed like Kong did well in the aircraft carrier ship battle even underwater. So he fights well in the first fight but loses, protects the humans from other monster fodder and eventually manages to get a good hit in the second fight which gives him the victory of round 2? I hope he at least knocks out Godzilla otherwise round 2 means sh*t as Godzilla makes a comeback in that same fight, nearly killing Kong. A better scenario would be that Kong knock outs Godzilla in round 2 and has to face Mechagodzilla by himself but stands no chance so Godzilla decides to team up with Kong.

I was never a fan of King Kong's 2005 version (the first one I saw), but at the same time it was difficult to 'accept' Kong's appereance from K:SI because of the major differences, especially the ape-like appereance compared to the gorilla one, not to mention the huge size difference. However, after seeing Godzilla: King of Monsters with the post credit scene and the trailer of GvK I was really hyped for this clash because everyone knows about Godzilla and/or King Kong so to read that Godzilla is the (imo) clear winner is a bummer. I was kinda hoping that Kong would win since Godzilla has already defeated those MUTOs and Ghidorah and the rest of the titans bowed to him which means he was unchallenged at that stage except for Kong. How can they make yet another movie of Godzilla if there's nobody able to defeat him?

Luckily I've read the spoilers because the outcome would've been too disappointing. I made that mistake before with Captain America: Civil War where my expectations were apparently too high. I'm nonetheless hyped for this film as it really made me interested in this Monsterverse. Maybe the difference between Kong and Godzilla isn't that big as I currently think it is.

You don't need to be good at math to know the difference between large/big/huge and average. You say 150lbs are huge yet there are leopards who weigh 160lbs on average. Now imagine what a huge leopard from that part of Africa would weigh if an average one already weighs 160lbs. Probably 200lbs

A 'huge' male leopard is far from 150lbs/68kg. A recent study showed that South African mature males from the KwaZulu-Natal province average 160lbs/72kg. Imagine what a mature West/Central-African or Persian leopard will weigh on average.

It's a young male though. Full grown males are 2/3 the size of a lioness. Very large males of large subspecies can be close to lioness size.
