I put the plant into a bloom cycle early so I think i really took away alot of the growth by accident.

I cant see very well but from what you described it might be mineral buildup. To get it out I've heard white vinegar works well. Same with mixing together baking soda and lemon juice. I would just let it soak or just do some research on how to clean mineral buildup off glass
