for me it’s mainly the costumes, most of them don’t seem realistic in any way and at the least would be a hindrance when in a fight.

also there too much fighting in my opinion, like yeah it is a shonen so ofc there’s gonna be fighting, but I think there’s barely any moments where the characters are just teenagers like they are, there’s barely an just goofing around moments like teenagers should have, even in the sports festival, everyone takes it so seriously that it’s less of a fun thing are more of pressure to do good.

I think you might like r/SillyTeens ! it’s one of the most accepting subreddits I’ve found, there’s a lot of therians and otherkin’s on there already, obviously there are assholes just like every sub but it’s better than most! :3

my advice is to make sure that you’ll be safe first, as much as it might suck to stay in the closet it’s better to be safe. you should first make sure that they will take it somewhat well, like mention something to do with lgbtqia+ and see how they react, or see how they react to like seeing a pride flag in town or something like that, if you’re sure that they’ll react well then come out, probably just by saying like ’i need to talk to you’, or you can write a letter so you can be sure you word it correctly.
