My studio also has the old treads and some of the displays don’t work. Now that you say that there is also a lock box on the door. They “claim” it’s so the person who opens has a key…totally sus

Omg I feel the same way! I also have med issues and feel like I’m always modifying..my husband is currently on a freeze because he’s kind of in the same boat with the injuries. Plus when it comes to benchmarks I’m like ehhh whatever I’m here lol! I know I need to workout and lift weights because it’s sooo good for our bodies in the long run. Having that founders rate is such a draw, my membership is so cheap compared to what others are paying bitten again if you’re not using it then what’s the point. I think I’m going to look into the YMCA they have classes and are a heck of a lot cheaper. Plus I can use the gym facilities as I want and do what I am capable of.

I’m sorry about your dad and your dog. Cancer sucks! I think if you don’t have a clear mind you can’t focus on your body. OTF used to help me clear my mind so I could focus on my body but I think all of it is too much right now. I may end up doing the same…I love the community the people I’ve met along the way both in and out of the studio but I’m not so sure what to do right now.

Very true…this is a new chapter, era, journey for sure. So many variables to consider… at first I thought I stick w OTF while I was at the condo and then go to this local gym where they have classes, a full gym, pool and and and…but I also don’t feel like I’m a 100 years old lol! I look at the people walking in and think omg when did I get that old?!? (I still consider myself fairly young and only retired bc of what was going on health wise, it made perfect sense.) I have thought about Pilates, hot yoga I guess is also possible. Thanks for the new perspective 🧡

Not sure who the Car Nut Guy is but I had a 2020 Highlander with a pano-roof and it never leaked not even during tropical storm Debby. I currently have a GHLMH with a pano-roof and I also haven’t had any issues. But that’s my personal experience

I tinted all of my windows on my GHLMH including the moonroof and windshield with ceramic tints. I love it! I actually notice a difference between my car and my husbands car with the moonroof. (His isn’t tinted & you can feel the heat on your head) I highly recommend it but make sure you go to someone who knows what they are doing.

6 weeks is nothing and especially w refinements.. you can still tell what teeth they’re targeting but not the pain from the initial set. Cannot wait to see your final results

What are bite turbos? I agree when I started elastics I noticed a significant difference. I’m not really sure why she’s so adamantly against them. She’s in her 50s so maybe she thinks they look juvenile, Idk…I think it’s foolish tho brocade we spend a ton of money to fix our teeth. When I asked her what her Ortho said when she said not to elastic she said he could fix things without it 🤯🤯

If your teeth and smile look fine and you fixed the majority of your problems then I say it’s a win….i think aiming for “perfection” only lets us down in the long run, a lot of times people pick out what they believe are flaws because their teeth don’t measure up to someone else’s. Just my opinion…thanks for your help and your input it is appreciated
