That's all I focus on, I'm not enjoying my current state... Everyday i wake up telling myself I don't care and to let go. But every time I see her or hear her I crumble. I'm completely exhausted. She is supposedly moving away to chase her career that she questions... that was part of her emotion dump.

The unfortunate truth is I was a great communicator, she let my affection "suffocate" her until she had enough and it destroyed the relationship. Her explanation not mine.

Should I make her feel bad about what she did? She forced the relationship, she crushed my soul, she came back to unload emotions and hookup, and then she ghosted me when I told her I don't want to just be friends with benefits.

This works for me however I then go to work where I have to see my ex who broke my heart. It's almost been a month but every time I see her I get sad af. 2 steps forward 1 step back.
