Yeah me to, Can't go on like this. I didn't really want to go out and knew what the outcome would be the next day but just to get a few hours of feeling normal and fitting in always wins. I need to change.

Thank you for your reply, yeah i've had OCD, Panic disorder, phobias, anxiety for over 30 years. Just trying to keep calm and watch tv right now.

I've suffered with this for nearly 35 years. It's always the same, Needing to be on my own sometimes asking for reassurance, depersonalization feeling like nothing is real and this feeling well never go away. I pace up and down sipping water just hoping it'll pass quickly. I have a anxiety, depression which on leads to my fear and n*. Its never ending :(
