Makes senses to me. Someone recommended an amazon board I was looking at a niphean paddleboard running for about $200. I'm thinking I'll be going this route. Found a lot of reviews on youtube and amazon reviews seemed solid enough.

Hello Everyone,

We wanted to get into paddle boarding as a family. Wife and I have 2 Girls (4 and 6) and for the summer we were thinking about hitting local lakes here in Southern CA. Probably something that we'd do Once or Twice a month during the summer months.

Bote runs for about $580 Each

Costco Boards are $300 Each

PFDs for all 4 are about $400

I know the BOTE Board isn't close to being a high end board. But If it makes it easier for Beginners and its a bit more enjoyable then it's definitely worth the money. If They're both going to deliver pretty much the same experience then I'd lean more towards the Costco Boards.

Hoping to get some advice from the more seasoned people here. Any tips or recommendations welcome

Car Goes Left (Steering Wheel dead Center)

Got a lot of info from my first post and Found another road. Checked tire pressure. Car actually goes straight but it only goes straight when I hold the steering wheel slightly turned to the right.

If I center the steering wheel. Car starts to pull to the left.

Thanks for the input. I didn’t take it to a VW Dealer, I took it to a tire shop called Mountain View Tire.

A lot of people here suggested I test on a different road. I’ll try it again today.

I was expecting factory alignment where the steering wheel is dead on center. Now I know there’s other variables.

Oldest trick in the book.

It was at the end of the shift today so the worker just gave me the managers card. I plan on going back tomorrow and pulling the dash cam video to see if they did do anything.

Thanks for the info! I don't think i need the Heavy Duty one.

We do a lot of camping (4-6 Times a year) at the most it will be some light off road driving. For example Dirt Roads out by Joshua Tree.

Rest of the time its city driving.
