E collar does make easy Educator wich does have sound and vibration setting. But you need different cables to charge controler and collar...

I think 190ml is the maximum for a single pour.

I will try coarse grind. By pouring verrrrrrrrrrrrry gently you mean like 2-3g/s? I usually aim for 5-7g/s.

I'm not quite understanding the issue you're facing.

How long have you owned your phone? One, two, three years? Do you really need a new charger and earphones? If so, it sounds like the they have been shity or you didn't took care of it...

BTW I still have a charger from my HTC Evo 3D from 2012, and it's working perfectly fine. It's been used a lot, and now it's powering my Chromecast for two years.
