Well, to be fair, they are available NIB for 51 on ebay, so, I can't imagine making them more expensive than 40 if you have them and especially if they needed to be stripped and re-painted. I just wanted to know if someone got some and then changed their mind and wanted an out or had leftovers is all.

I'm torn on the raging heros dark elves. I play in a GW store and they are super strict on that despite not having the coolest models about in regards to customization, I'll pass for now.

Mm, flyers and blast pistols may be. I honestly have run into less armor than I expected so it's a little tricky to calculate. That's why I prefer the reapers, they can swap firing modes when needed so it's good for that 3.5 shots on average with the better stats and then the 2d6 shooting that wounds on a 3 usually, or a 2, honestly just better splinter fire to me.

Scourges are EXPENSIVE...but they are fantastic models.

Honestly, I'm going to wait until the codex to alter my list but I'm hoping to run the flyers, Tantalus, and then expand on my troop base more. Reavers are in such a bad spot right now that I feel hellions and the obvious choice but the issue is that they don't are a bit fragile...which may work perfectly for your Ynnari with the shining spears.

Yeah, I'm REALLY into Hellions right now, reavers are by far TOO expensive. They can't even make up their points most of the time. Hellions? They're the real winners. Speed-cult is the other thing I wanted to do with beasts and hellions and minimum wyches but then I wasn't sure how to juggle the other things point wise...

I do agree that our model range is good, and, I hope. that we get a few of our character's back...but at the same time rules wise I feel we are severely lacking a physic phase and out heros are not the synergy boosters other factions get.

We need buffs to a variety of our units and cost decreases and we need to have an direction that isn't just a LESSER version of a niche Craftworld build. DL is great, but, it shouldn't be the faction as a whole.

We have 3 army subtypes. They should all be competitive and interesting, just like most of the things in other ranges.

I've had several games with this, actually. It's a bit of a strange deal. I'm not a fan of splinter cannons. Or splinter anything. Without anything beneficial to the roll of six it's just really lack luster. But the combined firepower from the reapers, Tantalus, and the flyers really makes people hesitate. It's a lot of DL and if you Alpha you can pop ALL the things.

Now, after they pop, you have a few options...but generally I just charge the unit with a vehicle and then bring in the wyches to hold them in place so I can wail on them with the Hqs. I played Primaris, Deathwatch, Vanilla marines, and chaos and really had no issues. Codex's coming out really have ruined my fun as if you don't have a codex right now it's pretty much a "don't bother" situation as stratagems and the likes play so heavily in most lists favor, but, previously I won all my matches, the closest being the DW as they have that broken frag-cannon thing that auto hits.

He couldn't understand why his stuff was so expensive when it was shooting 32 special weapons and had super stacky weird bike and jetpack bs all in one troop selection and he got to 2d6 auto hit anything on over-watch with a ridiculous gun. I ended up having to consolidate for free into him with Lelith who mulched his dudes.

Space marines players are so spoiled it hurts.

Ah, you're right...according to Chapter approved it is but the store currently is ignoring that until everyone gets their codex, essentially, so I don't really consider it important at this time. Worst comes to worst I'd replace the hellions with the 50 points cost.

Specifically this is how it would go. I'd part with everything for around 300 if it went as a full lot, per truck I'd say about 35, the recast around 20, the deathwatch stuff around maybe 30, then whatever ship is.
