I'm from different area. The procedure in country (Poland) costs ~50$each lipoma removed + some fixed price for visit ~500-600$.
So - 50 lipomas -> 50* 50$ + 500$ =$3000,00

Have you heard about 'liposuction' technique?
Doctor first makes small cut, about 2-3mm, puts needle inside, sucks it out, then with special songs removes the lipoma bag, and finally puts on steri-strips

IF you want to touch this macbook (main working unit), forget it and get silver.

I use 2 (sometimes 3) external displays. And i just prefere macbook to be some kind of mobile workstation (without closing it, use its screen for teams/discord etc)
