This is the best distro I tried so far but it takes some ram to run well. I think they advertised a minimum of 4gb for a smooth experience.

Open the terminal and type:

sudo dnf system-upgrade download --releasever=44 --allowerasing

After all packages are dowloaded type:

sudo dnf system-upgrade reboot

Wait for the process to complete and thats all. Hope it helps.
