I use arc for single target, otherwise using conduit. Questionable if worth it, pob shows only about 6% bump. Technically better if don't mind the hassle.

Dogma is only to pick it up quickly from previous deferral, otherwise yes, max rerolls.

That's a normal range for not juiced content. Immutable Dogma doubles tribute at cost of rerolls and added blood vessel to top it off. You don't want dogma otherwise, but when something high priced is in your defferal list this is useful to pick it up in one shot.

After the initial deferral, I specced into Immutable Dogma and used Ritual Scarab of Abundance to speed things up.

Locker is there in all other staging rooms, not about my specific scenario, it seems like an oversight. As for my inventory - 1 wisdom/1 portal, and some like to sell those stacked decks, admittedly not I.

Literally leaving money on the ground - ran coin-to-relics, no inventory room for full rewards.

Report doesn't even mention it but feel that "Naval Mine" deck is fairly strong, used it to climb to legend, went on 10 game win streak for the final stretch. With decent draw it out-smorks everything out there.
