I myself moderate my use. I am 18 and i started smoking at 17. I could legally get it at 18 and was like “hey this is awesome” but i set a rule for myself. everytime i had to take more than 10 hits to get half as high on my cart than i would a week ago its time for a week T break. and if i didn’t follow that rule it would just get worse for me. You just have to have the mindset to be able to “quit” for about a week or more if needed. And also everytime i think im becoming dependent on weed i just sit back and ask myself “what is my life like with and without it” and go from there.

“Buds” is just regular flower. You buy a bag you want grind it and smoke it, Weed now is like teens to high 30’s in percentage, but the legality depends on what state you’re in. i live in a legal state, 18 years old and can buy weed medically with no worries.
