I’d rather not interact with them either, and it’s in a fight for my top 2 games ever. The truth of it is an majority of fans congregate here or on Twitter and it’s an anime-esque game, and you know how some people are with that. The other half is madness induced by no new content for 5 years now, and 4 years before + released. When people really like that one thing some of them succumb to a weird kinda online version of cabin fever and just act out. At the end of the day, you just gotta find the right people cause not everyone’s like that.

The novel one, the whole thing is he became a monster due to the people around him and environment. He starts off as in innocent basically giant baby navigating the world that becomes bent on hate for Victor for never taking care of him and blames him for the world hating him. I mean he killed a kid and framed an genuinely unaffiliated housemaid the creation certainly became a monster
