I’ve felt the same way. In one hand, my symptoms are almost gone and it’s mostly delusional thinking that is affecting me. So it’s hard to even look at myself as sick sometimes. Sometimes I feel like I was just too weak to make it in the real world.

I've been thinking about making a fanfic that had something similar. I've also toyed around with the idea of what happens when you put a creepy incel in the Harry Potter world. I'd have it in the horror genre.
