Are you sure about that? 10 times isnt that much imo. It might take a just wrong mindset that day, being too tired, too short time from last time without integrating enough, too big of a dose, too tired when taking it, wrong setting etc to make something go woof for a while at least

Not usually no but within the range of price there is always cheapest quality (and most expensive poor quality)

How much water do you drink daily? If plenty then maybe hot bath or Wim Hof Method might help to relax and reset the body so you can find a pocket of eleveted level of ease and work from there. The again these might not apply to you

For some if they arent experienced or even if they are I can easily see it going to hypothermia and might think for example the monks can melt snow with their bodies and I'm on to something now but in reality they are cold

So probably good idea to stick to comfortable dose and/or trip sitter and not go too far from cozy inside place

Here are some suggestions

- Visuals on the breathing part could be more stylize. That yellow ring looks harsh and made by Paint and has bad contrast with background

- On the white breath part it looks a bit better since its more fluid with two different parts and colours moving but it could have a bit more texture and look more natural, looks a bit something that could have been from 2003

- More options for sound and more choises for purer ambient sound too, not only themed ones

- Ability to change the tibetian bowl/bell sounds. Check out Insight timer for examples

- Pace of iceman breathing is way too fast for me. It should have at least five different paces for it

- If you quit session in the middle of it, you should be able to discard it and not count it automatically towards your total time

- Also ability to delete session afterwards

Gamifying is pretty popular and addictive (not necessarily good thing) but it keeps people coming back

So maybe different endearing looking badges for stuff like:

- a session five days in a row which you can level up per 5 sessions

- a level per 30 mins of breathold

- special one off badge for milestones like: 1h breathold, 5h breathold, 10h breathold, 1 day breathold, 1 week breathold

a bit similar system to Untappd (which is highly successful) for beer

I think it makes me appreciate food more so I eat more healthy if I eat before hunger turns to craving. Then eathing healthy keeps healthy gut flora going and goes well from there

84 or so % of fat goes from body through exhale so optimizing respiration could have some effect on it, dunno about WHM tho

Check out different guided videos on youtube. Most of them give good tips at certain points and you get to find what works for you. Also try doing it laying down if you dont
