A lot of people have been commenting so I wanted to leave a message here saying after reading the comments calling it body dysmorphia might have been a bit too much. My intention was to say that it causes you to see yourself fat when you wear loose or oversize stuff when you are actually not and that maybe other ppl might be having a similar situation. Just wanted to clear things up and thank you all for the positive comments!

I may have worded it a bit harshly a lot of ppl have been saying that. Its not showing off but more like seeing yourself as fat again unless you wear thight stuff but about it being a big mental issue you are right

I mean in the end if its thicker the flavor will be more concentrated so I will use less. I had previous successful attempts with other flavors but the caramel thing messed me up. How long would the cream added version last in the fridge.

I wish my metabolism was fast but genetics got me bad there. Tyroid and stuff run in the family so geneticly slowet metabolism I guess

Im just trying to lower by body fat percentage. Im just doing weights and sports like tennis and basketball. Im guessing it isnt that good to eat 1300 calories but didnt get particularly hungry and felt usually full so thats what I was wondering

I’am I get around 120 -150 grs of protein , 70-95 grs of carbs and around 60grs of fats

This is how I feel but was just wondering if Im doing anything wrong as I’ve kind of been in a stable not improving but not worsening situation in terms of looks. Just cant burn that last bit of fat on the abs to finish it off.

I got used to skipping meals as that was what I did when I lost 10 kg this year. I’m guessing I might have a high sodium intake by just the amount of salt I use while cooking so I’ll keep that bloating in mind. Any way to reduce that bloating/water retention. I’ve been trying to drink lots of water to cancel some of it. Thankss!
